Shipping Policy

Timeless Treasures offers the following shipping options: In-Store Pickup and USPS First Class Mail, Priority Express, USPS Select Ground Shipping & UPS Ground Shipping.

• Store Pickup: We offer free store pickup at our store location in Milford, Michigan. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day.

• USPS First Class: Items will be shipped via either USPS or UPS and should arrive within 5-7 business days. Although, we cannot control shipping time frame with USPS. Order processing times are within 2-3 business days. Except during high volume times, order processing can take up to 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are subject to change. When available, tracking numbers will be provided at time of fulfillment. Shipping charges are calculated by weight at checkout.  

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the store, all items are final sale. However, Timeless Treasures, we want everyone to be happy with their order. Please read each item's description carefully, if you receive an item that is not as described please contact us at timelesstreasuresmilford@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of items. We do not offer any warranty especially with our neon products. 

Any used/consignment items are final sale. Conditions and flaws are noted in every item description. We do not offer returns, or refunds. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us so that we may make it right.
